學習成效之質化研究:以銘傳大學生物科技所碩士班研究生之學士學位成績單為例

摘要

透過生物科技研究所碩士班研究生之大學成績單分析,提昇教學單位之品質技術並縮短學用落差,瞭解生物科技產業與高等教育人才培訓之焦點偏移。新的學習成效指標具有學習歷程記錄的特性,並調和課程評量成績過大的個體差異性,協助高等教育單位於課程架構的規劃與改善。本研究以運用常規化及內標準化之學習成效指標技術,對銘傳大學生物科技系碩士班17位學生之學士學位成績單進行分析,探討學生學習行為的差異與模式。在相同學習歷程下,女性同學的學業成績表現明顯優於男性同學約5個百分量表分數,並可於圖形分析上清楚呈現其線性關聯及聚落模式。

Abstract

Novel indicators of learning effectiveness with characteristics of learning history could harmonize the individual differences of grading evaluation in the course. Otherwise, the indicators can assist the higher education affiliations to plan and improve their curriculum framework. In this study, the analytical techniques of internal standardization and normalization were utilized in the indicators of learning effectiveness. The qualitative information was extracted from the bachelor’s transcripts of 17 students for master program in the biotechnology department of Ming-Chuan University, to analyze the differences of students’ learning behaviors. Under the similar learning process, the academic grading of female students performed significantly better than the male students by about 5 scores in hundred scaling, and the patterns of linear association and clustering are clearly presented in the graphical analysis by the index of learning effectiveness.
